Chocolates of Glenshiel was founded by Finlay MacDonald in 2016 when he was just 16. You will see their chocolate stocked in many places while you are visiting Skye. After starting his business at home Finlay has now opened a chocolate centre in Shiel Bridge. Here you will find a cafe and gift shop as well as a peek at the chocolate making operation. We decided to stop here for a sweet treat as we were in the area.

If you are only visiting for the day leave yourself plenty of time as there is a lot to explore here. And the most fun fact about Glenelg is…Glenelg Twinned with Mars. Yes you read that correctly…Mars!
